Dawn's father had been practically incoherent with rage, but he was supposed to be the best pistol shot in three counties. Still, Pimpernel reflected, he had an even chance, and at least he was wearing his lucky waistcoat...

We can't guarantee you'll win any duels in this waistcoat, but at least you'll look good. Indispensable double breasted waistcoat in a snug, resilient corduroy is backed and lined throughout with pure silk taffeta from James Hare. Stand up collar and matching fabric covered buttons.

This waistcoat features a panel inserted at the centre back which is expandable. Two silk ties at the back allow you to adjust the waist according to your requirements (and how many sausages you ate for that last breakfast). Modelled after a late 18th century original, this waistcoat is cut to be a little fuller in the chest and smaller in the armhole than a modern design. This helps create the appearance of a manly chest, trim waist, and elegant line.
